how do they do the smooth quick tweens, like things pop in really smooth, i have been trying this forever, i have put my FPS up to like 29, 35, 45, etc… and it just doesnt come in all smooth, what does he do that makes masks and motion tweens pop in all smooth and quick !!! please help thanks!
