I am making a flash movie that gives the user a certain amount to load. If it loads with in the time, it skips to the end (the menu). If it takes longer than that time, it shows the movie and then goes to the end. That way, if the user has seen the movie before and has it already loaded, he/she doesn’t have to view it everytime. The entire movie will be about 75 KB.
How much time should I give them before I start the flash movie? I need it so that the fastest connection can’t load 75 KB in that time, and the slowest computer can find its my loaded flash movie within that time.
