How many of you had to go through the hell for resigning?

^

in my case they were so angry dat they stopped talking

^haha too cute

nrirureta if u r not joking u need to improve till ur exbosses get angry with u on ur resigning

we had this dude leave and come back in 2 weeks and then leave again after a year. I would have thought that dude deserved some grief the second time but turns none was given.

Must be you have an a-hole of a boss or you were an a-hole about leaving?

^well no i wouldnt call either of us an a-hole. Its just the process which is not made easy and it always has to turn into a BIG ISSUE. Moving on, resigning, leaving, ditching call it whatver, it just becomes an issue.

EDIT: err ok now that i read gary’s post again i m kinda confused…looks like it was meant for nrirureta or maybe not…

MUAHA HAAH … LOL …

no the guy dont know me …

I don’t know who I was talking about, who is this about anyway?

But I do have a question, do people from India like to skip around from one job to the next, seems to be a trend for the 3 Indians I know. All three which I saty in touch with probably move from one job to the next every 3 to 6 months I think that one dude was setting a record at a year.

^err i dont know abt the indian dudes u know and i dont know if its a trend in India or not since i m not indian, but like in every other country i am sure the people would like to gravitate towards a much better option, and well i am not switching jobs, rather moving abroad…which is wht makes the whole deal so ironic…hahahaa…i mean i m getting busted for moving abroad…LOL…:frowning:
