I think there is a connection to the remoting debugger and the problem with the other panels bug or better know as the panelset.xml flash 8 config bug.
I would like to see what every one has who has the problem where the wrong panel opens from there other panels menu.

I have tried the panelset.xml method to fix the problem. Yes or No?
with any luck I hope to pin point this problem.
Yet I regret I think it may be the flash 8 remoting debugger.
