How much would this kind of hosting cost?

I’m looking to create a website with a few requirements:

  1. ASP.NET and mySQL support
  2. Relatively little space is needed, well under 50 mb
  3. One domain name
  4. Control panel not necessary
  5. E-mails not necessary
  6. Security, quality, customer service, and reliability are not priorities

Does anyone know of a web provider that meets the above needs at the lowest cost possible…

It sounds sort of absurd, but this project is on an extremely limited budget.
