That is done with flash… and is fwrry easy to do… just make a movieclip with a bouncing ball and use that movieclip as you over fram in the button…
What exactly do you mean? The jumping ball?

oops…i think i’ve got all of you mistaken…what i meant was how to achieve the button effect in Photoshop…
check the list of tutes up the top in the sticky… this kind of button is a very common topic for tutes…
it’s pretty much just a custom gradient with a little inner bevel layer effect applied.
that is just a gradient. with a 1px bevel (outer)
