Hey guys im currently making a site that has this guy with a cape. I really want the cape to be kind of flying around as if wind is going through it but i cant find anything online as to how to do this. Im looking for anything how to do it in 3D how to draw it. I just need somewhere to start any help would be greatly appreciated.
