okay, this has surely been done before and probably posted somewhere but I am not able to find answers on it…
I am trying to animate an image of a butterfly so the wings flap slowly. The wings flap slowly down and as they come up they turn into different wings, turning the butterfly into a different butterfly after each second flap. I have about 30 or so images of butterflies to do this with. I have photoshop’d them so that each butterfly is split into 3 parts - the wings and the body. I was thinking to load the butterflies and then transform the wings but I am not sure how to do this.
Do you have any ideas as to the best way to do this and make it look real. I would be grateful even for a direction to look!
