How to change fps of dynamically loaded mc?

Is there any way to change the fps,or speed of a movie that is dynamically loaded into an Empty MovieClip --with Actionscript??

No it’s not possible but you can fake it with setInterval.
Try searching the forums, there were plenty of threads discussing this subject.
