How To Cut Out Sections of .movs in AE

I created this .mov in 3DSM of just a simple cylinder moving.

I imported this .mov into AE. It’s 30 frames, now do I cut a part of it out? Like let’s say I don’t want frames 10 - 20…how would that be done in AE?

Kind of like editing unnesessary things out :).
