How to eliminate vertical scroll bar

[font=Arial]I know it may be not really a Flash problem but how to obtain that kind of effect when the window to the some point - horizontally, has no scrollbars even if the content seems to be longer than the window’s current size? and some text is matching the new size to some point?[/font]
