How to evaluate Actionscript skill

Hi all,

I’m looking to design a test for evaluating a potential employee’s Actionscript 3.0 skill, one that will take about 3-4 hours to complete.

The work they will be doing is mostly e-Learning app development.

Any suggestions? :slight_smile:
