does anybody knows how to extract frames from an mpg or avi file? i have a sample which i got it from nike, i cant attach it coz its too big. you can check it out on this url http//:www.sapupo,com/trial/payton.swf. i think after they have extracted the frames, they made an outline on each frame in flash.
hope someone knows about this.
