do you have an example or something?

I didn’t understand a word!! :-\

ok here is an example
in original:
first i made a cube
then i put an ball in it and curved it (thats the only name i got for it)
that is what remains:
it was made in bryce…

ok … finally I get some time to work

  1. go to extrusion editor
  2. insert a circle or draw it by yourself if you don’t have anything else to do :stuck_out_tongue:
  3. go back to scene editor
  4. click over your shape and select ā€œbevelsā€ in the properties panel
  5. select ā€œouter roundā€ as style … ā€œ1.0ā€ as depth … and ā€œfrontā€ as face
  6. resize as desired and you’re done

NOTE: that’s the most I can do for you. I’m pretty busy right now.
also if you’re using swift v2 or v1 … draw your circle in flash and export your movie as eps. then import into swift and go to step 4.

lol! thank you for your help!!!
im using swift 3d v3 but this was just an example…
i knwo how to du such things but whats with that:
here is a pic of a lightsaber, where you can find signs at one end. now i want these signs to be gravoured in, so that it not looks like they are out of the saber.
it shall lokk like they were lasered in oder gravoured…
any idea?

have you tried ā€œinner roundā€ as bevel style?

I think that should work

hm well that’s all that happened:
