How to make guistuff navigation menu?

Umm…can anyone willing to tell me how to make ‘flipper’ navigation menu in guistuff.com ?

You can easily do it with a couple of Motion Tweens. See attachment (don’t expect anything fancy).

I’ll try to duplicate the effect in ActionScript, but first I have to finish some work.
