How to play burn cds on xbox?

i just got my xbox and i want to put the songs on my computer to my xbox, is there anyway i could do that? because everytime i put the burn cd it says that the xbox can’t read the cd, i heard that i have to use a nero to do this but i don’t know what should i change on the configuration to be able to play burn cd on xbox, csn somebody help me pls.
