How to upgrade from FlashPlayer10 and AIR2.5 on FlashCS5...?

I am using FlashDevelop4, in there I could select FlashPlayer11 and AIR3.0…

But on FlashCS5’s end there’s only FlashPlayer10 and AIR2.5…

How can I upgrade it on Flash?
(the update center in CS5 suite says Flash is at the latest update)
