Html color in Firefox and Internet Explorer

I built a web site, messagecarriers.org, and the background colors do not show correctly in Firefox. In IE, the color codes are 003952 and E4EEEC. But in Firefox, it is all white. How do I go by fiixing the color issue in Firefox.
