So I’ll keep this short and sweet. I basically need a form which will be sent to my clients email address. The form has around 7 input boxes, a few radio buttons and a validation to force customer to enter the required fields. There will be 4 forms, all with minor modifications ie text and some radio buttons and one whole form in french (i will obviously give you the text)
It’s pretty simple, it shouldn’t take too long.
I would need this as soon as possible, and when I say as soon as possible, I mean like yesterday. lol
