OK OK so i designed/coded this site a forth the last 2 weeks or so… my question is is there anyway to make it faster, IU see all these great and quick flash sites out here and i figure there must be some tricks… i already decreased the value of my .jpg and the sound files… and i tried on some of the imported vector graphics… also do vector graphics imported from illustrator make the file size sky rocket… and is there a better way? thanks for any and all help… 
You could try splitting the sections into separate movies. That way they only get downloaded if and when the button is clicked.
If you have music, you can load in an mp3 instead of importing into the library, that’ll save some loading time.
Like these guys said load everything individually it’s really easy to add a preloader and sound playing compoenents these days
