do you think we’ll ever develope the technology to block the big hurricanes like Katrina.
my best idea would be to develope just a simple huge heavy underwater remote controlled plate. just like a huge heavy plate that you’d cover up the main funnel from the eye. then you get some huge blowers and create a lot of wind on the surface(this would ideally be a home grown storm).
what do you think?
edit: the plate would start deep in the water and rise to the surface. slowly cutting of the eye’s energy source. then when it reached the surface, the hurricane would basically be sucking metal which it wouldn’t like. Then large clappers would rise up and just start smashing the **** out of the airborne funnel.
