Hyperlinks not working/Security Settings

so i have this small animation and the animated pieces are buttons. if i click on the link (the site isn’t live yet) it pops up that security setting dialog, i go and add the site to allow and it still doesn’t work. Is that why the links don’t work AT ALL after i OK the dialog?
