Hyperlinks not working

I series of pages here:

and the navigation header works perfectly.

I put it up on the final site (in a test area) here:

and now all the navigation still registers as buttons (the link hand appears) and the up over down and hit keyframes function properly, but the hyperlinks don’t work.

Is there a particular java code or something they could have been using on their existing site that is inhibiting the hyperlinks?

Is there some other reason?

If it helps, I’ve noticed that the “ad” on level 0 has a working hyperlink, while the navigation’s hyperlinks on level 1 aren’t functioning.
