Hi,
First time poster here! I’m using Flash CS4 and over the past few days I’ve come to a problem that I can’t figure out. When I create or convert a new Symbol, the stage in which to edit the Symbol becomes MUCH larger than my main Stage. The Stage is also docked in the upper left portion of the interface with no way for me to move it. The stage seems to be 10 times bigger than the main one making it impossible for me to line things up properly; if I put my movieclip at the bottom of my main stage, the preview movie will show that the stage is actually much bigger and have my movieclip in a random space.
I’ve tried looking around for some preferences that may change it but I’ve yet to find a solution to this annoying problem.

Also, I know of Editing in Place and that works just fine; the stage does not change in any way but I need to fix this for when I am making NEW symbols.
