Well I’ve been working as a html/css developer at this company for about a year and a half now. No complaints, awesome bosses, great co-workers, lots of hookers and blow.
But… I’m the only web developer here, and I’m getting paid as a Junior, yet doing the work of both Junior and Senior.
However, the work I do, I can only do when there are projects for me, when I’ve got no workload, I switch over to designer-mode and try and fill my time by modifying the art director’s designs.
When I do have projects, I get them down fast, correctly, and awesomely…
So… Looks like a meeting with HR is in order?
