I just got flash 2004

hello,
i just got flash 2004 and wen coming from flash 5 its pretty confusing. but since i am new to flash overall i was just wondering if there is normal mode in flash mx 2004 because all i see is expert mode where i have to type everything out.

Which one is more like flash 5: flash mx or flash mx 2004?

Flash MX is closer to Flash 5.

and there is no normal mode in Flash MX 2004, you are now forced to read the manual and become proficeint in AS

Flash MX has a normal mode.
