Ok guys i know this site is wicked awesome (www.2advanced.com) and alot of graphics and designs on this site seem like they take a while but does know how to make the flicker design seen on the channel 51 preview they have to the right of the site.
Attach is a picture of the flash animation effect im talking about.
If anyone has any ideas of how to create this effect please post. =)
