Hello–i need a benevolent action script expert to help me figure out something that may be really easy to do
For my job, i am making a graphic of a globe with a grid in it and each grid box will have an movie clip in it
–in total there will be somewhere from 40-50 simple movie clips
what i want to do is have each of the movie clips fade in and out at totally random times so it creates a “glistening” effect
the only catch is that i would like it so that if a user mouses over a movie clip the clip should not reload until after the user has moused off
i will owe anyone who can help me 1000 favors!
