i was wondering how to make the effects of a rollover button to go away when you rollover another button but only then. how would i go about that? thanks

here’s one, to get you thinking…
name your frames for your button states
i.e. “IN” (for rollover) “OUT” for when it rolls over a new button
Now, just apply the “OUT” portion when your rollover any button.
Confusing?
Basically, your button will have to states (which you can declare in a var)
activate the “OUT” state when you roll over the next button
I dont know how much AS you know… so there is your hint.
