everytime i use the internet, instead of my normal homepage it comes up with this stoopid bestbuys site. i have tried to change it back but it just wont go away, i have used ad-aware and spyware doctor to see what is wrong but nothing !!
please can someone help me get a normal homepage back !!!

You’ve got spyware, check the sticky. I like spybot to use for removing spyware.
If that doesn’t work, format.
