As I am not sure were to put this topic, I just posted it here.
So I was wondering what your opinion was about the ideal website:
Especially I was wondering about:

The file size for a flash based website, what is acceptable at this time, assuming there
are “almost” no 7 kb connections anymore (or is that my first mistake already :trout:). -
use of animation, especially for the main text content (a do or a don’t)
-
Load background pictures at once when the site is started, or dynamically load them into the flash movie once needed (may lead to less smoother animations?)
Any comments around any subject regarding the improvement of webdesign are welcome
