IE 5.2 questions

Well, I’m working a site and am having lots of problems with IE 5.2. I use an iMac at school, and when visiting my site with IE 5.2. there are lots of little problems with it, divs not scaling correctly, stuff overflowing incorrectly that works on IE 6, firebird .08 (it think) or Opera 7. My code validates as xhtml 1 and CSS (aside from a parse error on an opacity filter which only works on IE, but i really doubt thats the problem.) I can’t fix these problems because I don’t really have access to IE 5.2 very often, and never while I have access to my files. So here are my questions.

  1. Do all Macs come shipped with IE 5.2, and can you get a newer version of it for the mac?
  2. How many people use IE 5.2 (an estimate from your experience)
  3. Any links with tips on working with 5.2?
  4. Is there any way to have IE 6 and IE 5.2 installed at the same time?
  5. Anyone here using a Mac with IE 5.2 that uses AIM that would be willing to test my page every now then (I won’t be annoying about it!) just to let me know what the deal is.

I’ve done some stuff that I think might fix it, so if anyones using IE 5.2 right now feel free to take a look.

Problem areas of before: the bar on the rights title, the “Recent Media” thing overflowing so its on 2 lines intead of 1. The main content area in the middle, the same thing with the title bar overflowing onto two lines. Also in the main content box, instead of enlarging so that everything fits inside the lighter blue part, it would just stay up on top and the overflow would be all messed up. The background images on the titles were showing through 1px on the bottom and on the right, I got rid of the no-repeat on the background url() and I think it fixed it.

Sorry if that was hard to understand, if someone could just lemme know if any of those problems are still happening. Heres a screeny of the whole thing, on IE 6 as it should look. theres a thumbnail in the lower left of a zoom-out just so you can get the idea of how it should look.
