I always make sure to get the jump jets and get as close to my opponent as possible. Often times, the comp will use weapons like sunflower bomb (or whatever it is called), and that usually ends up damaging the shooter when the other player is directly next to you 
I like the neighbor one, but I would want something left to eat. I don’t think blasting him with it would leave much left for the dinner table.
