hey everyone!
i’m in a bit of a dilemma here…
please take a look at
http://www.raination.com/home.htm and there is an iframe in the middle of the page, and when a button in the menu is pressed it is loaded into the iframe.

i would like the top part (raination member bios) and the bottom border to be static, and only the middle part to move (This text is for position only…). the top part also changes for each page (raination shows, raination info, etc for all menus).
i was thinking of using an iframe… but also i thought that i would need 3 iframes in that one iframe, one for the top part, middle part, and bottom part, which is doable BUT there will be tons of files i need to keep track of.
any suggestions would be great!
