(it’s a pretty long description… I hope that you can give me some suggestions)
I’m doing a website for a client which has these basic requirements:
[]fits in an 800x600 display
[]have the header and footer visible all the time
(in my opinion this is a ridiculous design… but they are the ones who are paying, so i have to stick to what they want!)
i went on with the development by creating 3 frames (btw i hate frames), 1 for the header, another for the main body and another for the footer. Inside the middle frame there are the navigation and an iframe to which HTML docs are loaded according to which section was selected form the navigation (i had to do the navigation in flash as the client wanted animated buttons)
a basic draft layout can be found at http://www.youngenterprise.org.mt/temp/
My questions are:
[]Is it possible to have the height of the iframe change according to the height of the loaded HTML doc??
[]I’m getting sroll bars at the bottom of the iframe although there is no need for them… what can i do to remove them??

Do you suggest any other way in which i could have tackled the design of this site??
thanks in advance for your help,
Matt
