I am a newbie with this, and I couldn’t really find a very easy explanation in the forums for this.
Can someone either explain or direct me to a tutorial on how I create iframes in Dreamweaver Mx
I would like to be able to have a text box that can scroll vertically with and image in the background that remains static.
