if anyone uses agency’s to get work, it would be cool if someone could point me in the right direction with some info about using agencies… any ideas what % they take?

also i want to make my own pixel dude and get a footer done! where do i find out about doing this?

Not sure about the agency I’m afraid, but avatars and footers I can help you with.
And avatar can be changed by going to the the User CP area, and changing your Options. Down the bottom is the space for an avatar. You can either use the ones there, or make your own, as long as it isn’t larger than 50 x 50 pixels.
Footers… These are limited to 15K but can be Flash or static images. 300 x 60 pixels is the size limit too. You’ll have to upload this onto a server, and link to it in your signature. I’ll post the code for that if you need it.
