Hey guys/gals…
Been kinda MIA, I had a portion of my family negatively affected my hurricane Katrina and now Rita. So it has been a battle for me and my brothers to get everyone relocated and in hotels and such. Some have even came down to stay with me. Not to mention I had to go to 2 funerals due to hurricane Katrina. So I am broke, tired and emotionally drained. But I am back to contribute to the board (when I get caught up at work…lol).
Just in case anyone missed me around here.
On a side note, the pictures and stuff you see on TV are in no way a good summary of the damage and strife people are experiencing down there. If you can donate to red-cross I would say do it. It was real sobering seeing all the pain and suffering. It has really made me adjust my view on life and just how short it can be. The scale and aftermath of this tragedy will resonate for generations. I was born and raised in N.O. Everything I remember about the place is gone…just gone…
