I'm trying to create a nav menu that has some elasticity to it, and follows the curso

Any idea where I can find a source file for something like that? Or an example of it?

I want it so that if you hover over a word in the vertical nav bar, it will follow the cursor a bit, then when you roll out of a certain area, the word in the nav bar will return to it’s original position.
