Sorry for the lousy topic title… I don’t really know how to ask my question, it might have been asked already so pointing me to the right thread might be sufficiant, I don’t even know what to look for.
Basically, I need to do something like that:

See, the image has a minimum 100% size, then if you resize the browser window the image “zooms in” with the width of the window… At the same time, if you resize the window pretty small, no scrollbar appears, so the Flash is treated as a background in the HTML I guess…
I’m sure it’s a simple trick once you know it, but I don’t! 
Any pointer in the right direction much much much appreciated
