I’m trying to get some masking practice in, so I decided to find an effect that I like and try to recreate it. Here is the welcome.swf file, which is the effect I’m trying to duplicate. (Skip the intro and you’ll see the image transition on the ‘welcome’ screen.)
Attached is my fla so far. It’s kinda close, but theirs is just so much nicer! And I’m sure I’m taking too many unnecessary steps!! There’s gotta be a quicker/easier way to do this…
I also don’t really know where to go from here. What’s the best way to add my 2nd and 3rd picture? Just have them tacked on to the end of the timeline back to back? Or have them in separate mc’s and play them with AS? And how would I mask them over my first picture?
