Images imported into flash appear bad quality

I imported png from ps into flash & they look like they’re really bad quality when the movie is viewed. I’ve never had a problem w/this before. I did realize that this is happening when i use free transform to tilt the images. They are perfect when they are level in the movie. Can i not tilt images in flash?? thanks
