This is your second post about this, MystRy.

Why not just copy and paste the contents of the previous post?

You obviously require a very high calibre of artist/programmer. Will you be paying a suitable amount for the level of skill you require?

What are your own skills (web design? php?). What sort of work will you be taking on?

Actually, I’m not even sure why I wrote this, you said in the other post that you will not be coming back to read the replies.

Oh, and if you want someone who can throw out entire sites in 1-2 hours, then you are going to need a lot of money.
