Okay, I have a map of our state and am breaking the state down by counties. Each county has been drawn out and imported into FLASH. Now what I’m wondering is do I need to make every one a button or can I create a button behavior that when you mouseOver any given county that it “grows” and then “shrinks” when you mouseOut?
