I’m trying to finish a work in Flash but i’m having some problems with the Mime Type definition of the international characters.
I’ve got a form in Flash, and a php file to connect to the mail server. Everything works perfectly, but the characters persist to come badly encoded. Since i live in Portugal, we use some special characters in some words, and i really need to fix that, otherwise, people can’t read the mails.
I’ve tryed to change the Mime Type to Portuguese, UTF-8, ISO8859-1 in the HTML file or the PHP and nothing resulted. The mails continue to come in the bad way.
I wanted to ask, if anyone can give me some good help, trying to fix this problem. Is there an option in Flash to correct this!?
I’ve only discovered the Save/Export option, which i’ve turned to UTF-8, since there are only UTF-8 and the default encoding.
