ReflexNewYork Inc. is a 10 person-team, young, inventive & motivated, working for famous brands such as L’oreal, Le Pain Quotidien, French Tourist Office and more. We are currently looking for an Interactive Developer.
Position Summary:
The candidate will be developing networked flash-based games, landing pages, websites, eblasts, banners, and other interactive web elements.
Must posses knowledge on integrating Adobe Illustrator designs, Adobe InDesign into Flash and Photoshop.
Basics of web integration for each layer (presentation, functional and data) required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Developing, integrating and managing game and web products for premium brands.
Working with designers and marketing leads to translate marketing vision into web products/games.
Other Duties:
Utilize creative problem solving abilities to plan and complete project tasks.
Work effectively with project manager and other team members to meet deadlines and reach project goals.
By bringing foresight and analytical skills, be able to derive efficient solutions to problems.
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Flash, Flash Video and ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0 (AS2 and AS3)
- Must be familiar with object oriented programming
- Fluent in HTML, JavaScript, Mysql, XML, CSS and Web 2.0 technologies
- Self motivated to explore new technologies, applications and environments
- Attention to detail a must
