I assume you’re talking about the input fields for the password and user name.
The effect used is just 2 mask that have been tweened over those 2 input fields.

Here’s a tutorial on masking, it’s not the same effect, but after you understand how masks work then you’ll be able to create that same effect.
I’ve been known how to mask like that like a year ago. I just dont have any ideas. I need someone that’ll gimme something to do with simple shapes, using masks, and then if it doesn’t work, show me how to do it.
