OMG,
So for 3 days I’ve been locked out of my control panel and ftp. I’ve been trying to update a clients beta site on it and can’t.
So for the past 3 days I’ve been calling and have been on hold for at least 1 hour before hanging up the phone.
So today I call to cancel my account and I can’t even do that. From what their website says they had a network power outage and are running on backups with minimal employees.
WTF should I do???
