Is $800USD a week enough to get by in any american cities?

I’m thinking motel accommodation, food, booze…

And I’d like to go somewhere cool. NYC to meet peeps, probably californy, boston to say hi to fester…the more expensive cities, from what I understand.

Any ideas?
