Is somethign wrong w/ my eye?

okay so sometimes my left eye doesnt open all the way until a second or two after the right. the lack of opening is really small so no one ever notices, i just dont want this to escalate into something more serious. is something wrong or is this something that will come and go because i have had this for 2.5 weeks now. again, its a really small shortage and then finally extends, i can feel it but no one ever notices…
